PIZZA BAKED OATS šŸ• (NEXT LEVEL šŸ¤¤) GF + VG

I HAVE NO WORDS.


Really, this idea has been in my head for like forever and finally I did it!! And I can assure you. After this, you want more savoury oatmeal and you must definitely call me oatmeal queen šŸ‘‘ now šŸ˜†


PIZZA BAKED OATS šŸ• (GF + VG)

Ingredients:

ā—¾ļø 50g oat flour

ā—¾ļø 1/2 tsp baking powder

ā—¾ļø 150ml almond milk

ā—¾ļø 1/2 roasted red bell pepper chopped

ā—¾ļø 4 cherry tomatoes halved

ā—¾ļø 30g black olives

ā—¾ļø 15g tomatoes puree

ā—¾ļø 1 slice of vegan cheese šŸ§€

ā—¾ļø Italian herbs (I used thyme)

ā—¾ļø salt & black pepper


Method:

Add the oat flour, baking powder, herbs, salt & black pepper together and mix until combined. Then add the tomatoes puree, cherry tomatoes, almond milk, olives and stir until you get a sticky dough mixture. Pour 3/4 into a oven safe dish and then add the vegan cheese in the middle (rip into smaller slices). Top the remaining oatmeal mixture on top, sprinkle a little more herbs & optional olives. Let this bake for 15 min on 170C and then dig in!!
