Really, this idea has been in my head for like forever and finally I did it!! And I can assure you. After this, you want more savoury oatmeal and you must definitely call me oatmeal queen š now š
PIZZA BAKED OATS š (GF + VG)
Ingredients:
ā¾ļø 50g oat flour
ā¾ļø 1/2 tsp baking powder
ā¾ļø 150ml almond milk
ā¾ļø 1/2 roasted red bell pepper chopped
ā¾ļø 4 cherry tomatoes halved
ā¾ļø 30g black olives
ā¾ļø 15g tomatoes puree
ā¾ļø 1 slice of vegan cheese š§
ā¾ļø Italian herbs (I used thyme)
ā¾ļø salt & black pepper
Method:
Add the oat flour, baking powder, herbs, salt & black pepper together and mix until combined. Then add the tomatoes puree, cherry tomatoes, almond milk, olives and stir until you get a sticky dough mixture. Pour 3/4 into a oven safe dish and then add the vegan cheese in the middle (rip into smaller slices). Top the remaining oatmeal mixture on top, sprinkle a little more herbs & optional olives. Let this bake for 15 min on 170C and then dig in!!
