MISO EDAMAME TAHINI BAKED OATS (VG & GF)

You guys,

CAN never believe what I just created!! I absolutely loveeee miso and edamame together, and was thinking, why shouldn't I make a baked oats version of this? It turned out so so so creamy, like a cake & just literally perfect!

Super easy to make and super high in protein as well! O and don't forget to add a big portion of healthy fats aka avocado šŸ„‘ on top!

MISO EDAMAME TAHINI BAKED OATS (VG & GF)

šŸŒ±Ingredients:

ā—¾ļø 50g oat flour

ā—¾ļø 1/2 tsp of baking powder

ā—¾ļø 150ml of coconut rice milk(! important!)*

ā—¾ļø 100g of boiled edamame beans

ā—¾ļø 1/2 tsp of miso paste

ā—¾ļø 1 tbsp of tahini

topping: 1/2 avocado, 1 tbsp of tahini, roasted black sesame seeds

šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸ³Method:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Let this bake in a preheated oven on 180C for 20-25 min and top with avocado, tahini & black sesame! Feel free to have some seaweed for a sushi flavour as well!

*if you don't have this, use oat milk or almond milk + 1 tbsp of maple syrup for sweetness. But the coconut rice milk is creamy and has a natural sweetness so you don't need to add sugar!
