Mini Carrotcake Bananabread Bars | Vegan & Glutenfree







Who doesn't like mini banana breads? So you are not stuck with a huge ass loaf and can eat. multiple banana breads šŸ¤£ who doesn't want that? Just a couple of ingredients and you're good to go!


Ingredients:

ā—¾ļø1 large ripe banana

ā—¾ļø50g oat flour

ā—¾ļø30g vegan carrot cake protein powder*

ā—¾ļø60g grated carrot

ā—¾ļø splashes of plant milk

ā—¾ļøpumpkin spice @koro_nl

ā—¾ļø20g walnuts @koro_nl

ā—¾ļø15g raisins @koro_nl

ā—¾ļø 1 tsp baking powder


* sub for 30g almond four + 1,5 tbsp maple syrup if no protein powder.


Method:

  1. Mash the banana, then stir in the oat flour, protein powder, grated carrot, plant milk, pumpkin spice, baking powder, walnuts & raisins.

  2. Then add them to mini loafs and let it bake in the oven for 30 minutes on 180C.

  3. Enjoy!
