Even though I'm not entirely in line with the products of @cleanfoods.nl as to me clean foods are real whole foods and not necessary low kcal products with tons of additives/preservatives and other fillers. However, there are some products that are in line with my views and one of them is DEFINITELY their amazing powdered greens & berries, which is full of anti-oxidants and nutrients š¤©! And I wouldn't be Jenny if I didn't make a (baked) porridge of it, right? #porridgeprincess šøš»!
š±Ingredients:
ā¾ļø 50g oats
ā¾ļø 1 tbsp @cleanfoods_nl green & berries powder
ā¾ļø 10g chiaseeds
ā¾ļø 250ml almond milk @rudehealthnl (love this one š¤©)
ā¾ļø 1 pinch of vanilla extract
ā¾ļø 1 tsp maple syrup
ā¾ļø 1 mashed banana
ā¾ļø 2 tbsp vanilla coconut yoghurt @coconutcollab
toppings: granola, nuts, seeds.& whatever you want š
š©š»āš³Method:
Mix the oats, green & berries powder, chiaseeds, vanilla extract, maple syrup, mashed banana together and set it in the fridge for about 15 minutes (skip this if you don't have time). Pour it into a baking dish or bowl.
Preheat the oven to 180C. Add 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt in the middle of the porridge and let it bake for about 20 minutes until firm.
Top with whatever you want! Enjoy!
