EASY LEFTOVER SALAD WITH (VEGAN) CHICKEN TENDERSTRIPS | GLUTENFREE & EASY




Have you tried my (VEGAN) CHICKEN TENDERSTRIPS ALREADY? Very easy and very quick to make and the leftovers make a perfect meal! All you need is a bowl, some grains, leftover veggies, the leftover chicken tenderstrips and some dressing and tadaaaaa ready is your lunch or dinner!! Ingredients:

  • Salad

  • leftover veggies

  • rice/quinoa/sweet potatoe

  • olive oil & balsamic vinegar

  • salt & black pepper

  • Sauce of choice ( I used curry)

  • (vegan) Chicken tenderstrips

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and reheat your (vegan) chicken tenderstrips.

  2. Massage the dressing through the salad.

  3. Assemble the bowl! Add the salad, leftover veggies, rice/quinoa/sweet potatoes, (vegan) chicken tenderstrips and serve it alongside a yummy sauce!

  4. Enjoy!
