🎃4 INGREDIENT PROTEIN PUMPKIN PANCAKES 🥞 | VG & GF & HP💪🏻




Fall is making me eat tons of pumpkin lol 😆 and what's a better Sunday breakfast or brunch or lunch or dinner than pancakes? 🥞 I don't think anything can beat this... (okay maybe French toast 🤔) . With the remaining last fresh strawberries 🍓 from the season, this meal is just heaven in a nutshell!


🥞Ingredients:

◾️ 100g pumpkin puree @koro_nl

◾️ 20g vegan carrot cake or vanilla protein powder @myproteinnl*

◾️ 150ml almond milk @zonnatura

◾️ 50g oat flour


optional: pumpkin spice, 1 pinch of salt and 1 tbsp nutbutter


toppings: fresh strawberries 🍓, vanilla coco yoghurt, granola, pumpkin spice, mulberries, almond butter


👩🏻‍🍳Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Heat up some coconut oil in a pan and bake pancakes!

  3. Serve with all the toppings!

* sub of 20g almond flour + 1 tbsp maple syrup if no protein powder
