Veganuary, the time to show that vegans do not eat grass right? 😆 although 🧐 shall we give grass a try too 😆 ANYWAYS.


Ya girl filmed a what I eat in a day to give you guys some Inspo! Didn't picture all the tea & matcha 🍵 I drank in between, but who cares 💃🏻


Also watched some videos of @samiclarke who just launched a 14-day nutrition challenge in @joinform really worth checking out! ✨


◾️ Pre-breakfast: matcha 🍵

◾️ Breakfast: acai yoghurt bowl with a zillion toppings (recipe on feed)

◾️ Snack: pumpkin spiced latte (still going strong 💪 haha) + frozen grapes, mandarin, nuts

◾️ Lunch: 3 XXL corncakes with 1 avocado, crunchy roasted chickpeas (obseeesseed), random veg

◾️ Lunch dessert: homemade matcha protein bar

◾️ Snack: coconut yoghurt + fruit + granola

◾️ Pre-dinner snack: crissspsssss @seamorefood

◾️ Dinner: noodle stirfry

◾️ Dessert: chocolate mousse with frozen blueberries, banana, cacao nibs & peanutbutter

◾️ Pre-bed: chocolate protein shake with granola hahahahah (sorry obseesssseed 🙃)


So, now I'm officially a bunny 🐰 too 😆 or not? U decide!
