SUPER MOUSSY COFFEE HAZULNUT CHOCOLATE PROTEIN BALLS | VEGAN & GLUTENFREE & SUGARFREE





PROTEINBAAAAALLLSSS!!!

OMG! I promise you these balls are taking protein balls to the next level!!!

I love them so so so much and the best thing is, THEY are healthy!

No added sugars, no weird ingredients, just pure nature!

Hope you like it!


Ingredients:

  • 60g dates @kazidomi.nl

  • 80g pea protein

  • 30g cacao nibs

  • 30g Panela cacao nibs @kazidomi.nl

  • 30g raw cacao powder

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 50g hazelnut chocolate butter (I used my own homemade nutella)

  • 30g pumpkinseeds

  • cinnamon

  • 50ml coffee

  • 150ml plantmilk

  • optional: coffee chocolate beans for in the middle

Method:

  1. Blend all the ingredients together.

  2. Form balls and roll them in some more Panela cacao nibs & let them sit in the fridge for 15 minutes. Optional to add some coffee chocolate beans in the middle.

  3. Enjoy!

Ingredienten:

  • 60g dadels

  • 80g erwteneiwit

  • 30g cacao nibs

  • 30g Panela cacao nibs

  • 30g raw cacao poeder

  • 1 snufje zout

  • 50g hazelnootpasta (Ik gebruikte zelfgemaakte nutella)

  • 30g pompoenpitten

  • kaneel

  • 50ml koffie

  • 150ml plantaardige melk

  • optioneel: chocolade koffiebonen als center

Method:

  1. Blend alle ingredienten samen.

  2. Maak er balletjes van en rol ze nog een keer in wat Panela cacao nibs en zet ze in de koelkast voor 15 minuten!

  3. Enjoy!
