This day I went to 2 different places in Rotterdam to find some delicious food spaces but they just didn't have some great gluten free & vegan options, so I went back to one of my favourite places: SUE ROTTERDAM

Honestly, no regrets, every time that I visit them I'm surprised and amazed by how delicious their food tastes! Regardless whether I go for sweet or savoury!
This time I went for the vegan buckwheat banana pancakes with chocolate granola and a cashew cream. On the side I ordered a matcha latte with SPROUD! Have you heard of that? It's PEAMILK and holy shit, it tastes amazing!! Super rich and creamy, pairs perfect with matcha! However I have to be honest, @NEKOHAMA MATCHA still remains the BEST MATCHA I have ever tasted!
The Pancakes were warm and gooey, not too sweet which is perfect with the sweet chocolate granola I paired it with! The cashew cream was rich and wow, insanely good! I can only say, HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRYING THESE PANCAKES!
Their bites are also famous, so definitely don't miss out on them too!
