STRESS & HOW TO COPE WITH IT

IT'S EXAM TIMEE!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH The final weeks of the year, for many of us (students lol), and as an Honours Master student at TU Delft, I must say, I've got tons of stuff to do. But, we ALL EXPERIENCE stress in our lives and to a certain degree having some stress is totally okay and fine, but over-stressing is ofcouse not good.


I mean, I just know, when I'm stressed if I start eating 234234 chocolate bars & 234234 bowls of granola, WHO'S WITH ME? I'm not saying, that this is a good coping mechanism, just a clear sign haha XD.


BUT, here are some tips to deal with stress my dudes...


1. Breathe. In. And. Out.

Just take a break and breathe. Your body will appreciate it.


2. Make some nice food.

Yeah, even though eating 10 bowls of granola might not be a good idea, having 2 or 3 is totally okay. Your body needs tons of fuel during this time as your brain is on HIGH POWER MODE MAN!


3. Go for a walk.

It always helps for me to go for a walk to clear my head and just to take a break from life.


4. Set your boundaries.

If it's really too much, say it. That's also why I might stop Youtube for a while as honestly, it takes so much time and hardly anybody sees the amount of effort and time I'm putting into it.


5. Meet with friends.

I know, counterintuitive but, it really helps to have a day or night off and just to enjoy life. This always powers me to be more productive the next day.


6. Medidate.

Related to breathing, honestly, really gets your head into a new space (headspace hahahaha)


7. Deal with it.

Honestly, I can give you 2394820398402 tips to deal with stress, but YOU CAN CHOOSE TO NOT BE STRESSED. Just think more relaxed about it and now that HOLIDAYS ARE COMING!! (not for me haahahah, but that's okay)
