SALTED CARAMEL PROTEIN BROWNIES (NO FLOUR!) | VG & GF & HP

I was craaavingg brownies, but I wanted to make it a little more fancy so made it salted caramel flavour! I tell you this combination is the best CHOCOLATE HEAVEN š you can ever imagine!

š©š»āš³Ingredients:
ā¾ļø 3 ripe bananas (300g)
ā¾ļø 60g @myproteinnl vegan salted caramel protein powder*
ā¾ļø 3 medjool dates
ā¾ļø 60g crunchy almond butter @myproteinnl
ā¾ļø 1 big pinch of salt (for extra salted caramel flavour)
ā¾ļø 40g raw cacao powder @myproteinnl
ā¾ļø splash of plant milk
topping: freeze dried strawberries š & coconut flakes @koro_nl
*sub for 60g almond flour + 3 tbsp maple syrup + 1 tbsp cacao powder if no protein powder
š©š»āš³Method:
Basically add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until high until you get a smooth batter. Add maple syrup if you don't think it's sweet enough š.
Pour the batter in a brownie tin and let the baby bake on 180C for approximately 20 minutes.
