SALTED CARAMEL PROTEIN BROWNIES (NO FLOUR!) | VG & GF & HP




I was craaavingg brownies, but I wanted to make it a little more fancy so made it salted caramel flavour! I tell you this combination is the best CHOCOLATE HEAVEN 😇 you can ever imagine!

👩🏻‍🍳Ingredients:

◾️ 3 ripe bananas (300g)

◾️ 60g @myproteinnl vegan salted caramel protein powder*

◾️ 3 medjool dates

◾️ 60g crunchy almond butter @myproteinnl

◾️ 1 big pinch of salt (for extra salted caramel flavour)

◾️ 40g raw cacao powder @myproteinnl

◾️ splash of plant milk


topping: freeze dried strawberries 🍓 & coconut flakes @koro_nl

*sub for 60g almond flour + 3 tbsp maple syrup + 1 tbsp cacao powder if no protein powder


👩🏻‍🍳Method:

  1. Basically add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until high until you get a smooth batter. Add maple syrup if you don't think it's sweet enough 😆.

  2. Pour the batter in a brownie tin and let the baby bake on 180C for approximately 20 minutes.

  3. Enjoy!
