SALTED CARAMEL PROTEIN BROWNIES (NO FLOUR!) | VG & GF & HP

I was craaavingg brownies, but I wanted to make it a little more fancy so made it salted caramel flavour! I tell you this combination is the best CHOCOLATE HEAVEN šŸ˜‡ you can ever imagine!

šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸ³Ingredients:

ā—¾ļø 3 ripe bananas (300g)

ā—¾ļø 60g @myproteinnl vegan salted caramel protein powder*

ā—¾ļø 3 medjool dates

ā—¾ļø 60g crunchy almond butter @myproteinnl

ā—¾ļø 1 big pinch of salt (for extra salted caramel flavour)

ā—¾ļø 40g raw cacao powder @myproteinnl

ā—¾ļø splash of plant milk


topping: freeze dried strawberries šŸ“ & coconut flakes @koro_nl

*sub for 60g almond flour + 3 tbsp maple syrup + 1 tbsp cacao powder if no protein powder


šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸ³Method:

  1. Basically add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until high until you get a smooth batter. Add maple syrup if you don't think it's sweet enough šŸ˜†.

  2. Pour the batter in a brownie tin and let the baby bake on 180C for approximately 20 minutes.

  3. Enjoy!
