#pumpkinqueen šŸ‘øšŸ» šŸŽƒ (I might turn into a pumpkin this fall šŸ™ƒ but who cares)


šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸ³Ingredients:

ā—¾ļø 50g rolled oats

ā—¾ļø 100g pumpkin puree (or more like I do šŸ˜†)

ā—¾ļø 1/2 ripe banana

ā—¾ļø pumpkin spice @koro_nl

ā—¾ļø 200ml cashew milk @rudehealthnl

ā—¾ļø 1 scoop carrot cake protein powder @myproteinnl*

ā—¾ļø 1/2 apple

ā—¾ļø 1 fig

ā—¾ļø 1 tbsp @koro_nl hazelnutbutter

ā—¾ļø 10g raisins @koro_nl

ā—¾ļø 10g pecans @koro_nl

ā—¾ļø blueberries

ā—¾ļø 1 piece of chocolate @handsoffmychocolate

ā—¾ļø dried mulberries @koro_nl


*sub for 30g oats/almond flour + 1tbsp maple syrup


šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸ³Method:

  1. Cook the oats, pumpkin, banana, pumpkin spice, cashew milk, protein powder together in a pan until creamy.

  2. Cut the apple into pieces and sautƩ it with more pumpkin spice, raisins and some coconut oil in a pan until soft.

  3. Now top the porridge with the apple-raisins, fig, hazelnut butter, pecans, blueberries, mulberries & chocolate!
