PUMPKIN PIE PORRIDGE NEXT LEVEL | ADDICTIVE FOR SURE




I don't think I need to say more than just, MAKE THIS. THANK ME LATERZ!

#pumpkinqueen 👸🏻 🎃 (I might turn into a pumpkin this fall 🙃 but who cares)


👩🏻‍🍳Ingredients:

◾️ 50g rolled oats

◾️ 100g pumpkin puree (or more like I do 😆)

◾️ 1/2 ripe banana

◾️ pumpkin spice @koro_nl

◾️ 200ml cashew milk @rudehealthnl

◾️ 1 scoop carrot cake protein powder @myproteinnl*

◾️ 1/2 apple

◾️ 1 fig

◾️ 1 tbsp @koro_nl hazelnutbutter

◾️ 10g raisins @koro_nl

◾️ 10g pecans @koro_nl

◾️ blueberries

◾️ 1 piece of chocolate @handsoffmychocolate

◾️ dried mulberries @koro_nl


*sub for 30g oats/almond flour + 1tbsp maple syrup


👩🏻‍🍳Method:

  1. Cook the oats, pumpkin, banana, pumpkin spice, cashew milk, protein powder together in a pan until creamy.

  2. Cut the apple into pieces and sauté it with more pumpkin spice, raisins and some coconut oil in a pan until soft.

  3. Now top the porridge with the apple-raisins, fig, hazelnut butter, pecans, blueberries, mulberries & chocolate!
