Who doesn't love pumpkin? šŸŽƒ I definitely do! 🤩And with the canned pumpkin from @koro_nl life is so much easier!! I absolutely love thick smoothie bowls as well and this one is just perfect I tell you! Super thick, creamy & high in protein!šŸ’ŖšŸ» And for the banana haters out there, this one is banana freeee!!šŸ˜œšŸ†˜


Ingredients:

ā—¾ļø200g mashed pumpkin puree @koro_nl*

ā—¾ļø100g plant based quark (I used almond) @albertheijnvegan

ā—¾ļø1 tsp pumpkin spice @koro_nl

ā—¾ļø1 scoop salted caramel protein powder @myproteinnl

ā—¾ļø50ml almond milk @alpro

ā—¾ļø1 pinch of salt

ā—¾ļø1 tbsp almondbutter @koro_nl


toppings: salted caramel granola (recipe coming soon!) & frozen blueness

Method:

  1. Blend everything together! And top with whatever you like! I used my salted caramel protein granola!

*if no pumpkin puree, use sweet potato instead!
