Who doesn't love pumpkin? š I definitely do! š¤©And with the canned pumpkin from @koro_nl life is so much easier!! I absolutely love thick smoothie bowls as well and this one is just perfect I tell you! Super thick, creamy & high in protein!šŖš» And for the banana haters out there, this one is banana freeee!!šš
Ingredients:
ā¾ļø200g mashed pumpkin puree @koro_nl*
ā¾ļø100g plant based quark (I used almond) @albertheijnvegan
ā¾ļø1 tsp pumpkin spice @koro_nl
ā¾ļø1 scoop salted caramel protein powder @myproteinnl
ā¾ļø50ml almond milk @alpro
ā¾ļø1 pinch of salt
ā¾ļø1 tbsp almondbutter @koro_nl
toppings: salted caramel granola (recipe coming soon!) & frozen blueness
Method:
Blend everything together! And top with whatever you like! I used my salted caramel protein granola!
*if no pumpkin puree, use sweet potato instead!
