SALTED CARAMEL! š¤©Who doesn't love it?š„° I definitely am in love with it currently! š¤©These protein balls are so easy to make and each of them is SUPER HIGH IN PROTEIN! It depends on how big you make them how much protein there is in each ball!šŖš»
š©š»āš³Ingredients:
ā¾ļø80g vegan salted caramel protein powder @myproteinnl
ā¾ļø2/3 of a ripe banana
ā¾ļø60ml almond milk
ā¾ļø1 pinch of salt
ā¾ļø30g quinoa/soy crispies @koro_nl
ā¾ļø30g vegan dark chocolate
ā¾ļøoptional: add some maple syrup for more sweetness
š©š»āš³Method:
Mix the protein powder, banana, almond milk and salt together in a blender. Then add in the quinoa/soy crispies. Add some maple syrup if you want more sweetness!
Melt vegan dark chocolate and make little balls of the mixture. Then dump the balls into the chocolate and set it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
