Rafaello, it is my mum's favourite chocolate! šŸ« I have to be honest, I love the chocolate as well!🤩 However, they are not vegan sadly... 🄲So I haven't eaten them in yearrrsss, but since i'm porridge princess šŸ‘‘(let me know if I deserve this title šŸ˜† I created this rafaello overnight oats, which will make YOUR TASTEBUDS DANCE! SO CREAMY, SO DELICIOUS & SO CLEAN! šŸ™‹šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸ³Ingredients:

ā—¾ļø50g oats @meesters_van_de_halm

ā—¾ļø150ml of creamy coconut milk/cold pressed coconut milk

ā—¾ļø80ml coconut/almond/oat yoghurt

ā—¾ļø1 pinch of salt

ā—¾ļø1 tsp maple syrup

ā—¾ļøvanilla extract

ā—¾ļø15g grated coconut

ā—¾ļø15g maple syrup

ā—¾ļøcashewbutter & fresh berries


šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸ³Method:

  1. Add the oats, coconut milk, plant yoghurt (I used oat yoghurt), salt, maple syrup & vanilla extract into a jar and mix it well. Set it in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

  2. Add the grated coconut and maple syrup together to form a sweet coconut ball. Top the overnight oats with the coconut ball & fresh berries!

  3. Enjoy!

Absolutely a new favourite, it is so delicious & creamy and so great!🤩
