HEALTHY RAFAELLO OVERNIGHT OATS | VEGAN & GLUTENFREE








Rafaello, it is my mum's favourite chocolate! 🍫 I have to be honest, I love the chocolate as well!🤩 However, they are not vegan sadly... 🥲So I haven't eaten them in yearrrsss, but since i'm porridge princess 👑(let me know if I deserve this title 😆 I created this rafaello overnight oats, which will make YOUR TASTEBUDS DANCE! SO CREAMY, SO DELICIOUS & SO CLEAN! 🙋🏻‍♀️

👩🏻‍🍳Ingredients:

◾️50g oats @meesters_van_de_halm

◾️150ml of creamy coconut milk/cold pressed coconut milk

◾️80ml coconut/almond/oat yoghurt

◾️1 pinch of salt

◾️1 tsp maple syrup

◾️vanilla extract

◾️15g grated coconut

◾️15g maple syrup

◾️cashewbutter & fresh berries


👩🏻‍🍳Method:

  1. Add the oats, coconut milk, plant yoghurt (I used oat yoghurt), salt, maple syrup & vanilla extract into a jar and mix it well. Set it in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

  2. Add the grated coconut and maple syrup together to form a sweet coconut ball. Top the overnight oats with the coconut ball & fresh berries!

  3. Enjoy!

Absolutely a new favourite, it is so delicious & creamy and so great!🤩
