Don't forget the past. Look to the future.

There are a billion things I would have wanted to say to my little self.

That I was good enough.

That it was okay to cry.

That it was okay to want a hug 🤗.

That I am allowed to make mistakes.

That I am strong.

That I can face any challenge.

And so do you.

The past has not been easy, and neither will the future.

If I would be able to change things, I would. But we can only remember the past and work towards a better future ✨
