Yo guys, have you tried this ABSOLUTELY INSANE seaweed sushi crisps flavour from @seamorefood already? I say, you GOTTA TRY! The combination of the seaweed with the sushi and the crunchiness is absolutely phenomenal!! I paired it with some dark soy tofu that is easily made in a pan or oven! All you need are a couple of ingredients and you are ready to go!š¤©
š©š»āš³Ingredients dark soy tofu:
ā¾ļø 1 block of extra firm tofu (500g)
ā¾ļø 3 tbsp dark soy sauce
ā¾ļø 2 tbsp maple syrup
ā¾ļø black pepper
ā¾ļø garlic powder (optional)
ā¾ļø ginger powder (optional)
ā¾ļø 2 tbsp roasted sesame oil
ā¾ļø 1 tbsp tahini
Side: sushi seaweed crisps! š±
š©š»āš³Method:
Cut the tofu into cubes.
Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl together and pour it over the tofu until every cube is well coated. Preferably let this sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Either fry it on medium heat in a pan for about 5 minutes or let it bake in the oven for 15 minutes on 180C.
Serve with the sushi seaweed crisps! A big drizzle of tahini is also recommended!
Let me know, are you going to make this? šš»
