HAPPY HALLOWEEN! THIS CREEPY CINNAMON ROLL WILL ROCK TODAY!

Yo guys, cinnamon roll anybody? šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø Besides pumpkin šŸŽƒ I also absolutely absolutely love cinnamon šŸ˜† (have you seen my old YouTube videos? I always add a shitton of cinnamon to about everything I eat šŸ¤©) ! These rolls are really simple to make and you can make them single serve, but I highly recommend making it double serve! Or more haha because you will regret all the effort for just making 1 šŸ˜†!


CREEPY šŸ˜† VEGAN SINGLE SERVE CINNAMON ROLL

(TRIPLE THIS RECIPE YOU WON'T REGRET!)

šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸ³Ingredients (1 roll):

ā—¾ļø 45g oat/spelt flour

ā—¾ļø 15g coconut blossom sugar

ā—¾ļø 1/3 tsp baking powder

ā—¾ļø 1 pinch of salt

ā—¾ļø 30g coconut yoghurt @alpro

ā—¾ļø 5g cashew butter @koro_nl

ā—¾ļø gingerbread spices / cinnamon /pumpkin pie spice (go wild on this) @koro_nl

ā—¾ļø 5g pecans @Koro_nl


šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸ³Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 170C.

  2. Combine the flour, half the coconut sugar, baking powder & salt. Then add in 15g of the coconut yoghurt and mix everything till a dough. If it's too dry add a little more yoghurt, if it's too wet, add more flour.

  3. Roll it out lengthwise (use a rolling pin for help if it doesn't go too smoothly).

  4. Mix the remaining coconut sugar, coconut yoghurt, cashew butter, spices and pecans together for the filling. Spread this on top of the dough.

  5. Roll it up into a cinnamon roll and put it in a muffin tin. Bake this for about 30 minutes and then let it cool for a little before you can dig in!
