Overnight oats, perfect for meal prep and so delicious! oats are such a great source of complex carbs and make a perfect start of the day! The banana adds a natural sweetness as well as the creamy oat milk. The peanutbutter adds healthy fats to keep you fuller for longer and chiaseeds provide healthy Omega-3 fatty acids! So NO EXCUSES TO NOT MAKE THIS!
Ingredients:
50g rolled oats @meestersvandehalm
150ml oatmilk
cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
1/2-1 ripe banana
1 tbsp chiaseeds
1 tsp flaxseeds
1 tbsp granola @meestersvandehalm
10g raisins
1 big tbsp peanutbutter
strawberries
Method:
Chop the banana into slices
Mix the oats, oatmilk, chiaseeds, raisins, banana, cinnamon and salt together and set it in the fridge overnight.
The next day, slice up some berries and add the berries and oatmeal in a bowl.
Top it with granola, peanutbutter, flaxseeds and you're ready to go!
