Oooh how we all love our porridge, but the porridge princess is back with the creamiest porridge you will ever experience! The combination of the coconut yoghurt, oatmilk, chocolate and banana just makes this porridge taste like CAKE IN A BOWL!
So grap your ingredients and get started!!
Ingredients:
40g glutenfree rolled/quick oats
10g chiaseeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp raw cacao powder
200ml oatmilk
80g coconut yoghurt (preferably greek style)
1/2 ripe banana
1 handfull of blueberries
1 tsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
1 handfull of chocolate chips/cacao nibs
1 pinch of salt
Method
Start by cooking your oats, so add oats, salt, cinnamon, oatmilk, banana (mashed), chiaseeds and cacao powder to a pan and cook it until you get the desired consistency.
Add in half the coconut yoghurt and stir it entirely through the oats and add some maple syrup for sweetness.
Pour the creamy coconut oats into a bowl and swirl the remaining coconut yoghurt on top.
Dress it up with blueberries and a handfull of cacao nibs of chocolate chips!
Ready to be eaten!
