Well, if you have watched my stories, I have been having a cold 🤧 (first time in 2 years 🥲 #didnotbreakmyrecordyet ) and can barely speak as my throat is burning 🔥...


I called my mum to tell her, mum I don't feel well and everything hurts and about my sore throat. She immediately let my dad bring me '板蓝根' 🌱, it's really common in China to use old Chinese medicine to treat illnesses.


That is also why I am so passionate about sharing things about healthy food, wellness and more. I believe that food can also act as medicine, which is one of the reasons I also avoid certain things that are too processed in my opinion.
